We aim to provide an amicable experience to everyone utilizing our service. Our cancellation policy tries to embrace the same. We accept cancellations up to a period of 24 hours or until the order has been initiated from the vendors’ or merchants’ end whichever has chronological precedence. Cancellations of orders placed during occasions like Diwali, Holi or any other special occasions are not entertained.
In case of receipt of defective or damaged durable/non-durable item, a complaint can be raised with our customer support team within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of the product. In case of a defective or damaged non-durable item, an examination of service ticket by the merchant is due before the process can be initiated.
In case the product that has been delivered is defective or appears different from what is shown in the website, notify our service executive within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We will look into the matter and respond as soon as possible.
Refund claims are not entertained for products that have been delivered and accepted. After successful cancellation of order, refunds that are approved by the QA team shall be credited back within 4-5 business days.
Refunds on confirmed orders are not entertained. If the plant reaches you in a dead or near dead condition, we can send you a replacement upon raising a ticket for the same with our customer service executive.
